Whenever an order is placed, whether it is for one pen or 1,000 shirts you can be assured that, whether placed by phone or online, a Spectrum employee took the call or processed the online order. Each shipped box was packaged and expedited by a Spectrum employee and questions regarding any link in the order chain will be answered both quickly and with in depth knowledge.

Not all companies can say that, often multiple links of the chain are sourced to a third-party vendor. While these vendors may offer adequate service it comes at a premium and more importantly limits ownership of the program to the company your entrusting your brand to.

:: What's in stock and when will it be here?

No one likes to wait, especially when they've just paid for merchandise and are asked to wait for delivery. All of our warehoused goods are located on site and our inventory levels are updated daily. Often single orders numbering in the thousands of pieces are shipped daily from our facility. Our pledge is simple: If it's in stock it ships the same day.
